*** Believe the BBB reviews I would not recommend buying a car from this place*** I purchased a used SUV in Sept 2023 from this location. From the start, I had nothing but issues. They gave me a complete run around for several weeks. Once I was able to finally lock down the SUV and I drove it 2 days the SUV started making sounds. I reached out to the dealership. They asked to me bring the SUV in they looked over it, drove it around, and told me it was normal for these types of SUV to make that kind of sound. I didnā€™t know I didnā€™t know anything about cars. Less than 5 months after this almost $30,000 purchase the transmission goes out on the SUV. Which cost another $6000.00 to fix. When the car was checked I was told that the transmission fluid was very very low and burnt old fluid. I reached out to one of the managers at the dealership who told me that he would check into this and give me a call back. I reached out day after day calling and sending emails. Finally, after popping up at the dealership a week later, I asked to talk to the GM. When talking to the GM he immediately went to looking for rebates and seeing what the manufactory could do instead of taking ownership of the issue. Eventually telling me that because I had put 15000 highways a yearā€™s worth of miles on the SUV in 5 months there was nothing that could be done. Explaining to me that there is no warranty that would have covered this issue due to the miles on the SUV. He also told me that when the issue happened, I should have got the car to them and let them check it but it's still not a guarantee that they could have done anything per his remarks after I wanted a week for them to get back to me. When I first looked at the SUV, I explained to the sales rep I travel a whole lot. When the transmission went out in the SUV it was still under 100,000 miles. If you are looking for a reliable Car I would NOT!!!! purchase anything from here again you do what you want but believe the BBB review they are very true to their word. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
