Goodyear diagnosed our problem (bad PCM Module) with a 1 hr. diagnostic charge ($125) but could not repair because it required Ford to program the new part. Fort Mill charged 3 hrs. diagnostic charge (over $400) to come to the same conclusion. Once new PCM module was installed, this resulted in the AdvanceTrac light on the instrument panel staying on. This was the first time this had ever happen and we figured it was related to the new PCM module. Fort Mill wanted to charge another 1 hr. diagnostic charge regarding the AdvanceTrac rather than contact Ford Tech Support for help. We refused to pay. They finally contacted Ford. When we went to pick up the car, you guessed it, the AdvanceTrac light was still on. They called Ford again and it was finally fixed. It was all about properly reprogramming the new PCM module. How long did they have our car? Over 2 weeks. We were not pleased. More
Started out good and turned out to be a poor experience. I had went down the Fort Mill Ford to check out new F150's since I am in the market for a new truck. I went through the process of telling them what I was looking for and he showed me a few brand new 2017 Ford F-150s. I test drove one and it was a nice truck. Scott advised me of how long he'd been selling trucks and how he had been a part of the dealership for a while. He was super nice and knowledge. We did the test drive, had my vehicle, evaluated, and even had a credit check done. That is basically when the customer service went down the tubes. When I went in initially I had advised of the range I was looking for prior to any test drives or anything. I was told shouldn't be a problem. When Scott came back with the numbers he was $200-300 more a month than where I wanted to be. He had asked if I was interested in a used truck and I was. I was told he'd call me back the next afternoon with some different options. I got no call back at all Thursday. I call the dealership on Friday myself since I hadn't heard back. I was told he was busy with another customer which is fine. No call back. Saturday/Sunday went by. No call back. I've worked in customer service long enough and have purchased enough vehicles to know you don't do that. When you say you're going to do something then do it. I am still in the market for a truck and have been looking at other options but find it frustrating that I went through all that and that's the best they can do. More

Shoppers Beware without an Appointment!!! We are utterly astonished and shaking our heads. We arrived at FortMill Ford at 11:30 am looking for a preowned F150 and met with Salesman Levi. We t We are utterly astonished and shaking our heads. We arrived at FortMill Ford at 11:30 am looking for a preowned F150 and met with Salesman Levi. We test drove 3 trucks and found the one that best fits our needs. Levi invited us in for lunch and start the paper Work,2:pm. We received the terms and almost ready to get going when we were informed someone had made an online appointment at 9:30 am to come see this vehicle..huh??? At that point I wasn't concerned but as we waited for them to make up their minds we as customers felt very invalid. They did decide to take the car we had already applied for, huh? Levi was knowledgable, curtious and has strong customer service skills. This was out of his control and policy overrides an actual customer at the Dealership, huh?We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. As a customer that is in the buying process we had the pen taken out of our hands. Also not feeling as a valued customer over a digital appointment. With this the Manager never apologized or came to us and let us walk out the door, 3:pm, huh? The worst thing also is we didn't receive a call back or apology for waisting our precious time!! More

Bob, desiree & Middleton went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Told them exactly what I needed and they delivered. We just started our small business and this is the first truck purchase of hopefully many more. Customer for life. More

Purchased a 2015 F-150 from another dealer but went to Fort Mill for service. Spoke to "Big Dave" as her identified himself on the phone to schedule the service. Was told based on the problem that I would need a ride-in tech so I would have to come in Tuesday at 7:30 AM. I go to scheduled appointment only to be told "the ride-in tech is on vacation not sure why they scheduled for this time". I was then told another tech could maybe look at but they didn't know when since they would have to service all other appointments first. So many things wrong with this situation that it isn't even worth it. Be smart and stay away from this dealer at all costs. More

Terrible experience Took son to purchase 1st truck,bought a CERTIFIED pre owned F-150 since I have been a lifetime Ford man,wanted to steer him right,well,took 1 1/2 mont Took son to purchase 1st truck,bought a CERTIFIED pre owned F-150 since I have been a lifetime Ford man,wanted to steer him right,well,took 1 1/2 months to get tag,a little over a month old the brakes went out,now in 2nd month started backfiring,took it to a closer dealership which fort mill suggested previously when brakes went out since it is a CERTIFIED truck,they say plugs causing the backfiring and that's not covered and it will cost us 520.00,called fort mill ford since only had teuck 2 months and was told by sales mgr,sorry nothing we can do..its sad that a multi million dollar dearship would do this to a customer,not only did they lose me as a customer but Ford lost a lifelong dedicated buyer over 520.00,I deal with customers all day long and to say there is nothing we can do is a bald face lie..I fight for my Customers. Worst experience ever I have been dealing with them for 6 months now. I asked them if they could find me a certain mustang i was looking for. They said no problem they woul I have been dealing with them for 6 months now. I asked them if they could find me a certain mustang i was looking for. They said no problem they would put me on a wish list. I haven't heard anything from anyone for 6 months. "I" found one i liked and had it tranferred to the dealership. Took forever to get that done. Went in and test drove it and made them a fair market value offer. They basically told me they couldn't do anything for me. What's new,they haven't done anything for me since the beginning. Very poor customer service. Don't buy from them unless you don't mind spending way too much. More
