They do not honor their word Before purchasing my car, I noticed that the front bumper cover for the tow hook was missing, leaving a hole in the bumper. The salesman promised the item was on order and they would ship it to me. I drove all the way from FL to SC to trade in one of my cars for the used Lexus IS200 they had. I have to yet to receive this part months later, even after I've called a couple times. At this point I'll have to accept my loss. Moral of the story: MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BECAUSE THE WORDS THAT COME OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS CANNOT BE TRUSTED. More

Service Recently, I had the opportunity to bring my 2016 Ford Explorer Sport into Fort Mill Ford. Being new to the area, this was my first experience with th Recently, I had the opportunity to bring my 2016 Ford Explorer Sport into Fort Mill Ford. Being new to the area, this was my first experience with the dealership - I was not disappointed. My service adviser, Brandon Gafgen, worked hard to accommodate my service needs and return my vehicle promptly. He also reassured me about his organization as I was new to the area and was expecting the worst when my "Check Engine" light came on during an early morning ride to the airport. Needless to say, a few hours later, a wiring coil was replaced and I was on my way. Brandon tool the time to explain the issue and was extremely professional throughout my entire encounter with the dealership. My experience First and foremost the employees are nice people and professional. However they over promised and delivered nothing. Brought in car Saturday 2017 m First and foremost the employees are nice people and professional. However they over promised and delivered nothing. Brought in car Saturday 2017 mustang w 12k miles. Loud pulsing noise in cabin that increases with speed. Sat evening was told its mostly likely tires and replacement is covered under warranty. Asked to keep car until Monday. Monday afternoon was told it is tire noise and bc I have over 12,000 miles I will have to pay 40% to replace tires and will call w pricing...I even was ok with this. 530pm was told they will not cover any of the issue and wanted me to pick up the car. Nothing fixed. Very disappointed. Don't appreciate the run around. Never over promise and un deliver. Just say we do not know until we thoroughly check...before you say its covered off the bat. This is a car under warranty. This is a clear quality control issue. More
