DISASTER!! Worst car dealership I have ever dealt with, and I have bought and sold cars from quite a few in my 63 years. I saw a listing (just listed), called immediately, as it was exactly what I was l and I have bought and sold cars from quite a few in my 63 years. I saw a listing (just listed), called immediately, as it was exactly what I was looking for. I got a response call back right away. I talked with Melody there, got all the car fax, was told the car was in detailing and would I like to make an appointment for that day? Yes! I didn't want to miss out, so I re-arranged my out of town appointments so I could hurry back and be at the dealership by 4:00 pm. Melody signed me up for e-mail and texts so I would "be in touch" and know the latest info on the car. I got a confirmation e-mail with the appointment and time, I called to verify. I arrived at the dealership @ 4:05, my sister arranged her schedule, cancelled her students (she teaches private music lessons) to meet me there. When I got there I saw the look on my sister's face. Not good news. One of their salesmen was the one who had actually gotten the car in. He told my sister that the car had been wholesaled out that morning, as it was going to cost them too much money!!! A man who was scheduled to see it that morning was called and informed. However, no one had the decency, knowledge of, ??? to let me know that the car they had just listed, pictures, price and all....had been wholesaled out!! I drove 30 mins. out of my way to that dealership and RUSHED my out of town appointments that day. My sister lost $$ income from cancelling her students!! And we couldn't even get to talk to the manager of the dealership, despite waiting for almost an hour. He was "too busy"!!!! We did ask the salesman for something better than a "Oops! I am sorry" He said he could fill are cars with gas. They helped take the sting out a tiny bit, but did NOTHING to help try to win my business, as in, we will help find you another car, we will "go the extra mile", nope!! Never will go there and if anyone asks if I would recommend that dealership, I will say, "Let me tell you a story if my experience..." More
Had transmission replaced with verbal understanding warranty covered unlimited miles and three years; however, Service specialist was unable to provide documentation of stated 3 year, unlimited mile wa warranty covered unlimited miles and three years; however, Service specialist was unable to provide documentation of stated 3 year, unlimited mile warranty. Nothing pertaining to warranty was in writing on the repair ticket or otherwise. After a considerable wait upon a return visit to service dept. and insisting on written confirmation, the service manager produced a page from the service manual that detailed warranty provision. . Would suggest, going forward, that warranty provisions be included on the service ticket to confirm warranty in writing for the customer. More
