After clarifying the price and other details with Tom, I agreed to the purchase. It was late December and I wanted to have the tax credits apply in 2015, and Tom made that happen. He was very responsive to every inquiry, whether by phone or e-mail, and because I live in Durango and not Ft. Collins, he even spent time with me by phone explaining the car's features. I arranged my own shipping and despite some communication glitches with the shipping company, Tom facilitated the car's pick up. There was also a glitch with the final invoice, but Tom solved that problem, too. Though I have not met Tom in person, he was exceedingly helpful in all aspects of the purchase, and I would recommend dealing with him without reservation. More
