On a recent Sunday afternoon, my 2021 Rubicon 4xe broke down in Fort Collins, an hour way from my home. Jeep Roadside Assistance determined the best repair facility was Fort Collins Jeep, a dealer I had no down in Fort Collins, an hour way from my home. Jeep Roadside Assistance determined the best repair facility was Fort Collins Jeep, a dealer I had no prior experience with. Despite not having an appointment, Steven from Service called me first thing the next morning. He was both empathetic and transparent, setting the expectation that, being booked out as far as they were, they likely wouldn’t be able to even run diagnostics on my Rubi for one week. Instead, Steven and his team had my 4xe repaired and ready for pick up that Thursday evening, in just 4 days. They went over and above, test driving my Jeep 3 times to ensure the issue had truly been resolved. I cannot thank Steven and the Fort Collins Jeep service department enough for their exceptional customer service and kindness. Even though they are an hour away, I’m seriously considering taking my Jeep to them from now on. Thank you all so much! More
My elderly relative came in to get work on their vehicle and was charged almost $,1,000.00 just to have a tune up done. I made an appointment for an oil change and transmission fluid exchange on a Friday at 3:00. Someone called two days before the appointment and said they could do both services at 3:00 so we rescheduled for fluid exchange on a Friday at 3:00.
