I bought a used car with a sound engine that had hail damage from Will. While a professional upfront appearance was kept, I feel manipulated through the entire process. High Pricing - While coming to terms Will showed me a paper with the NADA retail value. Unknown to me at the time, this was about $200 below the actual NADA retail value of an undamaged car. Awful Financing - I signed my name to terms of a fixed price and lowering the interest rate my bank had offered me if I financed through them. Once the financing went through the interest never changed and I tried working with Steve to correct the situation by getting the loan back to my bank and refunding me the difference but the refund never actually happened. Terrible Quality - Will told me he would thoroughly detail the car and have them look at the headlight that wasn't working. I asked about the headlight after they detailed and he banged his hand on it, the light came on and he said the mechanics wouldn't need to look at it. The next day I found trash beneath the seats, coffee splashes on the dash and windshield and dirty uncleaned cup holders. Bad Service - After I was unhappy with the car purchase and unfulfilled promises Steve said he would be willing to exchange it for a different car. When I talked to Will next, it meant valuing it as a trade more than 25% below the purchase price. When I arrived to look at the cars Will said available, they were never actually at the lot. He said the first had been sold and the second wouldn't work; he later retracted this saying the first wouldn't work and the second had been sold. I would never do business with Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep again, and refrain from anyone doing the same. More
We were impressed with the selection of 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokees. We initially went to Cowboy Dodge in Cheyenne but they only had two Grand Cherokees in stock and both were 2013 models. Ya know how it is, you want to find a dealership where you feel like you're not getting screwed. You want to talk to someone frankly and not play the betting game. You want to tell the salesperson what you can afford, what you want and have them as patient as you are to find the right truck at the right price. Seemingly impossible isn't it? I used to think so, too. About a year ago I started looking for a used Dodge Diesel. I started online searching Northern Colorado and found the online store for Fort Collins Dodge. I wrote a letter to internet sales guy that basically said I want a no BS, no high pressure conversation about a truck. He called, we talked and he emailed pictures from time to time, but never pressured me to "come down to the dealership" or "consider a new truck". Last month, after he put in hours worth of time from me a bought a truck from Mark Matson. It was the second time I enjoyed truck buying--the first time was 2 years before with the same dealership...and again, a great, fun, fast experience. So, I don't know what all the salespeople are like there. I don't know if they all try as hard to get the best financing or work with your budget, but you can be certain that I'll do my business with people who go out of their way to do good, fair business with me. More

When we shared with him that we were worried about purchasing a new vehicle because we filed bankruptcy two years ago, he was sincere in not wan us.
