Of the three issues I brought my new Durango in for, Fort Collins Dodge fixed none on the first try: (1) The tailpipe was out of position. It was supposedly fixed. When I got there, I couldn't tell they had done anything. I do give them credit for sending a tech with me to the parking lot, where he adjusted it to my satisfaction. (2) A thin light around the "SRT" emblem on the steering wheel was completely dark on the right side. The tech wrote "operating as designed". I had to call the SRT Team, who applied pressure from the corporate side to get it fixed. (3) The backup camera's image was so blurry that it was next to useless.
