GREAT SERVICE SHOP & BODY SHOP I have been ripped off and not serviced by almost every kind of service shop, including PepBoys. I have never found a reliable dealer, so, even though I have been ripped off and not serviced by almost every kind of service shop, including PepBoys. I have never found a reliable dealer, so, even though I bought a Mountaineer from Forrester like six years ago, I never thought to get my ten year old Ford Explorer serviced there - until last month. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! From the moment I called to book an appointment and an appraisal on the body work, to the time I picked it up - it was just great - and MY CAR HAS NEVER RUN SO WELL!!! They are terrific. I needed four new tires to pass inspection (original tires on there - 100K). I really thought I would have to take it to Costco for the tires - but NO..... they came up with GREAT tires at the Costco price AND a warranty from the dealership! I just can't explain how great the customer service AND the fantastic mechanical service is here. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! The end cost was $1000 LESS THAN I ANTICIPATED - LESS???? HOW IS IT LESS??? BECAUSE THEY ARE SO HONEST AND RELIABLE!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Thank you all so much again! PS: TOBY ROCKS!!! He took care of us buying our car six years ago - and should have just kept coming back. I have never been disappointed in any of my dealings. The service department has gone out of their way many times when either my wife or daughter was the one dealing with them to insure they were well taken care off. All of the service personnel including the mechanics have been nothing but professional and polite at all times. They have been very forthcoming when explaining any issues or question I have had.
