Forrester Lincoln always has great customer service I have been purchasing vehicles from Forrester Lincoln since 1998. I always go back for all my service needs as well. Unfortunately, after 47 years of I have been purchasing vehicles from Forrester Lincoln since 1998. I always go back for all my service needs as well. Unfortunately, after 47 years of driving, I experienced a deer hit this fall! I was fine but the damage done to my vehicle was more than I expected. Forrester's Body Shop took care of it all. Corey Buhrman stayed in contact with me throughout the process and answered all of my questions. Colin Benedict did the body work on my car, and made it look like new. My vehicle was clean and washed upon pick up. Mike Manning, the sales consultant I always deal with, helped to get me in a loaner car. Unfortunately, I had gone through an accident less than a year before this where someone hit me, and Corey and Mike helped take care of it all then as well. I hope I will be accident free for the future, but if not, I know I will have my car repairs all worked out with Forrester Lincoln's Body Shop! Whether it be sales, service or repairs...FORRESTER LINCOLN HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you, gentlemen! More

Since my purchase in January, I have had the car into the dealership for routine main I wanted to write an update on the purchase of my used 2014 MKX. Since my purchase in January, I have had the car into the dealership for routine maintenance. The reason I have been faithful in my visits is because of the updates via e-mail, phone calls, and personal conversations with Travis Mummert, who sold me the car. Looking back on previous car purchases, I have never witnessed or felt the concern for me and my families' well-being that Travis displays. I honestly cannot remember the names of the other salesmen who have sold me cars. I feel that Travis and I have a professional and personal relationship, and I value his guidance and expertise as I continue driving my MKX. More

Speedy service for an out of town visitor I made the mistake of filling the tank in my truck with gasoline instead of the Diesel it required. I had it towed to their location after hours as recommended by the local towing company. I got a phone call @ 8:05 am the following morning to discuss the solution & come up with a plan of attack. I was assured they would take care of my issues asap. They sent someone to pick me up at my hotel & had me back on the road by noon. More
The great service that Forrester Provides I wanted to take some time today to personally thank the service department and the parts department for fixing an issue with my ford focus that has p I wanted to take some time today to personally thank the service department and the parts department for fixing an issue with my ford focus that has plagued it for 88K miles. I want to specially thank Shaun Stambaugh not only for his dedication to making sure I was taken care of from the moment I stopped in at the dealership but also for his empathy and his understanding in what I was dealing with in regards to my vehicle. Since I bought my vehicle in 2013, I have had issues with it shaking and jerking me from dead stops. It also would not accelerate very rapidly. I have take it to two different dealers and they each assured me that it was a transmission issue and that the seals needed to be tightened up. This adjustment never solved the problem. It's when I brought my vehicle to Forrester for another issue that it was happening that I mentioned this issue to Shaun. He took the time to research the problem and he assured me that they would look into the problem once they had it in the shop. It turns out that the clutch needed to be replaced and that happened two days ago under warranty, I might add. It runs smooth now with good acceleration. It actually does not jerk me or shake me anymore from a dead stop. I'm writing in to Ford complaint department about the vehicle today but I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I would recommend stopping in to see them whenever an issue may arise with your vehicle and I would recommend asking for Shaun Stambaugh because he will take care of you. It's what he did for me and I'm sure he will do the same for you. More
