I recently had my 2009 Lincoln MKS completely die in my driveway! I panicked and contacted Mike Manning, the sales representative that sold me my car in 2009... Yes, I said 2009! My message to Mike Ma driveway! I panicked and contacted Mike Manning, the sales representative that sold me my car in 2009... Yes, I said 2009! My message to Mike Manning: Hey Mike, "My car is dead. How should I handle this? Could be just the battery? Alternator/Starter? I have no clue. Where could I get a battery for this car to see if that's the problem? UGGH!" Mikes reply, “I'll be out to get it and bring it in here. I'll leave my vehicle sit there and once it's done I'll bring it back to ya!! Okay??” Seriously – Forrester Lincoln - this guy is a ROCKSTAR! He picked up my car, had service on it, then returned it to my home! Red carpet service and I feel like a Queen Bee. My car is 4 years old, yet I get customer service as if I am a new customer. Isn't that what we all want? To feel we made the right decision when we buy a luxury car. I will not buy another car from anyone else but Mike Manning at Lincoln Forrester! More
