Excellent Service Just stopped in to see why our rear lights were not working correctly. I assumed I had to make an appointment and Tony D. said, "Just pull it in righ Just stopped in to see why our rear lights were not working correctly. I assumed I had to make an appointment and Tony D. said, "Just pull it in right now and we would be glad to check it out for you." After just a short time, Tony D. said the part needed to be ordered. Two days later, the part was installed in no time flat. They were so accommodating and their customer service was outstanding. I would recommend Forrester Lincoln Mercury to anyone who are not only looking for a good buy on a car but also for their excellent service and kindness. They certainly put a smile on my face. More

HAPPY ENDING FROM A BAD SITUATION My husband and I where involved in a three vehicle accident the day after Christmas, my first and hopefully my last. We where given the option of sele My husband and I where involved in a three vehicle accident the day after Christmas, my first and hopefully my last. We where given the option of selecting an auto body repair shop. Since this was a new experience for us both, our neighbor suggested giving Forrester's a try, that their body shop does great work . My husband decided to check them out and met with Cory. Cory had taken the time to give him a free estimate on the spot. My husband was so impressed with being told the full step by step procedure, that we decided to give them the task of trying to repair our car that we thought would never be the same. Both left side doors were going to have to be replaced along with the center pillar and rocker panel. We received the call approximately two weeks later that the car was complete. I was excited to see the car again, but was concerned as to how it had turned out. Upon arrival I WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The car looked like it had never been involved in an accident. Upon inspection, everything looked great and was functioning properly. My husband and I would highly recommend Forrester's for any auto body repairs that you may need. As matter of fact, my husband has already spoken to Cory about bringing our other vehicle in for some paint work. While waiting for the service to be completed Mike took the time to share some details about the new features available in the new MKX and Navigators (which he knows that I'm partial too) - taking the time to let me experience the feel of luxury that the Navigator has to offer was more than I could have expected during my routine service visit. The 2015 Navigator driving experience made me weak in the knees for sure - so thank you Mike for always making me SMILE. More
