I am not at all happy with how a SMALL, & EASY request for help with head light bulb check was handled. Replaced drivers side head lamp approx.3wks. ago-same new light went out. On 5/6/21 returned to have for help with head light bulb check was handled. Replaced drivers side head lamp approx.3wks. ago-same new light went out. On 5/6/21 returned to have it looked at or replaced and was told I would be required to pay for diagnostic due to fact it failed so soon after replacement. I reminded manager that they had last touched area for repair & instead of assuming it was not their error or bulb failure they wanted me to pay for diagnosis and leave vehicle at dealer..I was reminded by manager that there was no warranty for bulb or labor. Truck is 14yrs. old w/129k and it was only third bulb in all those years. God forbid that someone had said " you know, let us pop the hood or look at it to see if maybe it is loose bulb or something ". It was automatically assumed I had an electrical issue and they wanted me to pay for diagnosis for what turned out to be a loose bulb!!! I declined & left stating that I would never return. Drove to Samstone in Addison on way home-they had inspected vehicle last--TURNED OUT TO BE A LOOSE BULB--FIXED IN SECONDS W/O CHARGE!!!THANKS FOR ALL THE CARE AND CONCERN. More
In my few vehicle services, Linda (service center) was always been honest, courteous, and respectful. Those characteristics are hard to find anywhere nowadays. Received the worst service from Joel from finance, he is very rude and unprofessional! Promised me 2 services and when I tried to call him to get the first one he wouldn’t answer my calls, then said he didn very rude and unprofessional! Once there he was very disrespectful, when y’all tried to get me to buy a car everyone was so nice yet now that I got it y’all don’t provide the same customer service.
