I took my Grand Cherokee in for warranty work, picked it up 2 days later, the next day I had the same issue arise. I called service dept, my adviser was off they told me to call back, by the time I got the up 2 days later, the next day I had the same issue arise. Jesse Aguilar was service rep, raised his voice at me because I was arguing with him about if it should be covered. I have left Eddie Campbell(service dept manager) messages for 2 days and cannot get a return phone call from him, my Jeep has been at the dealership for 3 days and I cannot pick up my car. More

I was looking for tires and wheels for my 2018 Jeep JL and already planned to purchase from another dealer when I received a flyer in the mail with a great price for a 2" Mopar lift kit. I picked up the phone to make a quick call thinking there would be a catch and I would continue down the path I already started. I spoke with Nick who quickly confirmed there were no strings attached and scheduled Service for the lift install the following day. Once I arrived Nick was able to beat the price for tires and wheels that I had and complete the work within a day. Nick's communication was awesome. Nick continuously kept me updated as to the status of the repairs and I felt he was very honest and truly wanted me, the customer, to be satisfied. When I went to pickup the vehicle once the work was completed I was pleasantly surprised when Nick had it parked in the garage sparkling clean and handed me a framed picture, goody bag and sent before and after pictures of the vehicle. Nick went above and beyond and exceeded my very high expectations. I would highly recommend Forest Lane and Nick Manry for your Service needs. More

I have been coming here for about a year now, first with my JGC SRT and now with my Ram 1500 Longhorn. I am especially appreciative of Juan Avalos as he goes above and beyond to communicate with me to keep me informed and always greets me with a smile and asks how I'm doing. All of their advisors that I have dealt with are helpful and have good attitudes though. The dealership is fairly new and expanding, so they have the latest and greatest equipment and send you a video of your tech's walk through for any work that needs to be done and shows what they are going to be working on. The service center director, Eddie Campbell is also great to work with and took me on a tour the first time I showed up for service of their facility and is knowledgeable, courteous and knows that you can take your vehicle elsewhere for service, but strives to earn and keep your business.
