The salesman lost my license and ran my credit. I came here trying to buy a new Durango. The salesman named Manny Vasquez showed me the car I wanted, but when it came down to talking about the price I came here trying to buy a new Durango. The salesman named Manny Vasquez showed me the car I wanted, but when it came down to talking about the price he wanted to run my credit and show me how much the payments would be each month. I specifically told him I wanted to know the total price of the car, but he said in order to do that I have to give him my drivers license and my information to run my credit. I told him not to run my credit until we agree on a total price and in the end we did not come to an agreement so I decided I did not want to buy the car. After I left I check my wallet and he did not give me my drivers license, but it was too late to go back for it because the dealership was closed. The next day I went to go pick up my license because I thought maybe he forgot to give it back, but he lost it!! Three days later I check my credit score and it shows he ran my credit even though he said he wouldn’t!! I was very upset with this outcome because Manny lost my driver license and hurt my credit score. I will never buy a car from forest lane dodge. More

Fantastic When I arrived there was someone to greet me and since I had called ahead they had the car I was interested ready and waiting. I immediately went for the test drive while the car I traded in was checked out. All my questions were answered and everything in the new car was explained to my satisfaction.
