I’d done a Jeep Cherokee search through my employer benefit program and checked the box to allow dealerships to reach out. Tiffani reached out about my interest and set up an appointment for me with Je benefit program and checked the box to allow dealerships to reach out. Tiffani reached out about my interest and set up an appointment for me with Jesus for the same day. I initially came in with the intention to finance and was offered great deal. Also came in knowing the exterior color, model and key feature I wanted. They didn’t have it in their inventory but searched other dealerships to find a fit and conducted a trade. It was down to getting ready to sign paperwork and I decided no deal. I was going to say forget it all together as I’d been there for about three or so hours already. I can’t recall his name but I believe he was the dealership manager came in and worked with me—worked to get my business. I ended up leasing and still got a great price. Once the dealership trade was conducted, Forest Lane serviced my car. It took a lot longer than expected. Jesus was communicative in updating me on time estimation as far as when they’d be done. Jesus wasn’t working the day my vehicle was ready for pickup but was going to meet me at the dealership for a proper delivery. With service taking longer, he couldn’t find a sitter but did arrange for another sales guy, Manny, to make sure I was good to go. Manny was very thorough in highlighting the features. Only thing is I did have to go back in to resign paperwork, and they had to run rerun my credit. I’m not 100% sure why but think it’s related to the mix up with VIN numbers. Overall, I had a good experience. I love my new Jeep Cherokee :) More

They made us put a $100 deposit on a truck so they could get a deal together and never got a deal together, they gave us the window sticker price. When we said we are not interested please refund the $100 get a deal together and never got a deal together, they gave us the window sticker price.
