Great care I was given in both the service department and sales department. Tyler in the service department was very patient and helpful in reinstalling my Ford Pass. And Sam helped me pick out a new Ford E sales department. Tyler in the service department was very patient and helpful in reinstalling my Ford Pass. And Sam helped me pick out a new Ford Escape. We recently bought a new "used" vehicle from Forest Lake Ford and were satisfied with our experience. Our sales rep Jennifer was so easy to work with, not pushy in trying to make a sale and honest with us a Ford and were satisfied with our experience.
