Only had the car about a week when a piece of road debris hit the front bumper and dislodged the parking sensor. Asked Justin if he could help get it into service and have it fixed. Not only did he get it in right away, even gave us a loaner for the day so we could hang out at the local zoo!!! My wife and I have never experienced such a customer driven, top notch dealership. We live over two hours away, but will always come back here for our future vehicle needs. Thanks for all your help Justin!!! More

The sales executive, Charles Dabney, went above and beyond to help coordinate the shipping of my vehicle that was purchased out of state, as well as the servicing of the vehicle, a few add-ons and a high touch detailing of the car. Charles and his team made me feel as though I was purchasing the most expensive vehicle the dealership had in inventory (even though it was a pre-owned vehicle from out of state). I would highly recommend Foreign Cars Italia and their team of dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly team of associates. More
Great Service I had my Aston Martin transported to FCI for glass replacement. Stanley Regitz helped me through the process and it was a non-event. He found the glass for my DB9 and had it delivered to the dealership. I arrived to pick the car up and it was parked out front ready for me. I did a quick walk around to inspect it prior to entering and sign for it. The work required to replace the back glass was extensive (it's an Aston Martin) and was performed first class. Jamie Wesseler greeted my by my car. I told him I was there to pick my car up. He took the time to show me around the showroom, which was packed with dream cars. He showed me the service area, which was packed with more dream cars. The cars in the service area was a testament to me of the caliber of the service staff. A great experience from start to finish. More

I expected better from the service department Brand new Porsche, bought it 1 week before, the proximity sensor on rear bumper was loose and fell out. They evaluated it and I still had to come back another day to have it fixed. No loaner was offered. I told them that I would be out of town anyway and could leave it with them for the week. After drop off, they called me while I was driving out of town to tell me it was ready to be picked up. I reminded him that I was out of town and he said they would hold it till I got back in town. When I picked it up, it seemed like they simply left it outside in the parking lot as evidenced by the bird sh*t all over it. At least they didn't charge me for it. More

Brand new car with 5,000 miles, new clutch? Holy cow!!!Cost $$6,000.00. More
