I wanted to drop a quick review for Charles Dabney. I bought my 2018 911S from Charles as a CPO vehicle and am extremely happy with it. I live in Atlanta and recently had to take it to my local Porsche I bought my 2018 911S from Charles as a CPO vehicle and am extremely happy with it. I live in Atlanta and recently had to take it to my local Porsche dealership so they could advise me on a minor cosmetic issue. When I picked up my car my service advisor told me the tires needed to be replaced. I only had the car for about 4 months and thought the tires were in good shape since it went through CPO inspection. These were the original tires from 2018 and should have been replaced during the CPO process. I reached out to Charles who was more than helpful. He helped me research the issue and worked with his team to make this right. He was able to get me a full refund for the tires and installation. I was super appreciative as you can imagine. This is the level of service I expect when buying a luxury car. And this is why I will be a repeat customer and give referrals to Charles.
