After my initial inquiry for a test drive, I was introduced to Terelle. After a brief history of the dealership and in awe of their offerings, Terelle showed me the car that I would end up buying. Buying a car sight unseen can be a daunting task, but Charles and the rest of the team at FCI/Porsche Greensboro made the process about as smooth as can be. Charles helped me arrange a PPI, helped resolve the minor things needed, and made the delivery experience about as smooth as can be - including an airport pickup in a nice Panamera, a fun first drive, and a nice walkthrough of some of the features from one of the product specialists. When I had to change travel plans last minute, the whole team was very accommodating. Although the deal is already done, Charles is continuing to help me with another small request. And the car is just amazing. More
