Charles is hands down the BEST! We have been working with him for almost 2 years in getting a new vehicle. Last summer we preordered a new Taycan, however sadly due to some unforeseen circumstances on our end, when it arrived we were not able to move forward. Not only Charles but also the Dealership were very understanding with our situation. I didn’t feel pressured and awkward with the change of plans.
