I was only interested in a Porsche certified car, and this was the one! Rob McDougle was very helpful on the phone, he was very familiar with the car and I had the details and build sheet in my inbox within minutes. Negotiation was easy as the car was priced realistically to begin with. They picked me up at the Greensboro Airport at 2:00 PM...and I was on the road to Connecticut in my new car by 3:00 (although I could have spent all day in their GORGEOUS showroom looking at all of their wonderful cars). All of the paperwork was taken care of before I arrived. The car was spotless and exactly as described. Matt threw in a hat and a T-shirt. I think I've finally found a dealer that really delivers. I expected better from the service department Brand new Porsche, bought it 1 week before, the proximity sensor on rear bumper was loose and fell out. They evaluated it and I still had to come back another day to have it fixed. No loaner was offered. I told them that I would be out of town anyway and could leave it with them for the week. After drop off, they called me while I was driving out of town to tell me it was ready to be picked up. I reminded him that I was out of town and he said they would hold it till I got back in town. When I picked it up, it seemed like they simply left it outside in the parking lot as evidenced by the bird sh*t all over it. At least they didn't charge me for it. More

The best car dealership experience I ever had I live in another state but was recently introduced to Matt Davis and Justin Bailey. My Boxter was coming off lease and I was looking for a new 911. At first, I was skeptical about dealing with a dealership 500 miles from my home. Boy - was I wrong! These guys simply are the best. I first spoke with Matt on a Saturday and he had Justin contact me. By the next Saturday I had a brand new 911 delivered to my driveway and my Boxter was on a truck back to North Carolina. The value they gave me for the trade in was more than fair, Justin's responsiveness and care of me as his customer was off the charts. I can honestly say that I have never been treated this well by any dealership (or other consumer product seller) and I am almost 60 years old and have owned many cars. These folks are a shining example of how to treat people and I am very fortunate to have met them. More
