Fordham Toyota - Service Center

I woke up this morning oly to find my battery was stone dead, When I called my closest Toyota dealer in Yonkers I was told they could not help me ... they said they were too busy ! When a friend of mine dead, When I called my closest Toyota dealer in Yonkers I was told they could not help me ... they said they were too busy ! When a friend of mine told me about the Excellent Service he received at Fordham Toyota, I called them and not only were they able to help me but they sent a machanic with a battery in hand , Could you beleive that ? They Drove me to work and dropped me off and they tookl my car into the shope.. Turns out they said every thing was good , they found that when they started my car up that the dome light in the interior was found in the "ON" position.. They caherged up my battery and called me and was told NO CHARGE.. could you beleive that 1) they sent a mechanic to my Home 2) They Drove Me to work 3) they charged my Battery all this for no Charge ! This Man jumped through hoops to help me, when my Toyota needed to be repaired it wa Fordham Toyota the " New Service Manager" Is a Real gentleman ! This Man jumped through hoops to help me, when my Toyota needed to be repaired it was just out of warranty ( only by a few miles )he cntacted his Toyota Rep and asked for " Good Will " it too 2 days to get a responce .. but it was well worth the time ! I had a technical brake problem , so i called 4 other Toyota Dealers in my area and they all told me I needed an appointment.. When I called Fordham Toyota I was told that because it was a safety relate Toyota Dealers in my area and they all told me I needed an appointment.. When I called Fordham Toyota I was told that because it was a safety related problem that I did Not need an appointment, When I arrived i was greeted by the New Service manager "Ralph Nunez "not only did he reassure me he told me that he would be able to check it Now ! he took my order and the mechanic took my car to look at it . It turned out to be that all I needed was brake Fluid, They put in the Fluid and performed my State Inspection . I was in and Out in 1 hour ! I want you to Know that I live in Queens and that I will always use this service department ! They were Great ! Signed Customer for Life ! More

I arrived to purcahse a Toyota 4 runner used 2004, the 4 runners all over priced and the sales person had me sit there like some hot rod teenager eager to drive home to today in a New car...( ahh I was purc runners all over priced and the sales person had me sit there like some hot rod teenager eager to drive home to today in a New car...( ahh I was purchasing a used 2004 4 runner) and that was his best sales pitch... the manager would not even speak to me over price after about 13 more lame sales pitches, I got fed up and left ... Of course the sales man swore up and down he can work with me... but I think he was more worried about his profit margin than helping me with the price .... thats to low of a bid what kind of commission will I get... Avoid this dealer ship its small and does not have much of a selection... dont buy from here... Eddie More
