2+ hours for simple Oil change This was the 2nd and last time I come in for a 3+& 2+hour oil change. The only reason I went back was giving them the benefit of the doubt as i went on Sat last time (plus they sent me a $9.95 coupon) so this time I went during my weekday off day-what a waste of my valuable day off. Then you have the staff eating they're lunch in the waiting room and every other word from the guy and woman was a curse word. Then to boot you have the guy that registered the car with an attitude cursing on the phone in spanish. Even if I get a free coupon it's not worth my time and ears. More
Abusive, incompetent and disorganized I made an appointment to repair the wiper fluid container of my Avalon. About ten people were in the freezing waiting room . No one removed the coat, hat and gloves he wore for the 23 degree outside temperature. When I asked an employee to put on the heat, he revealed that the system was broken. Neither the Manager nor the Service Representative were in the building. After three and a quarter hours, I was told that they did not have the part for my vehicle. I am a senior citizen, and physically unable to tolerate your inhuman conditions. Moreover, after having many cars serviced for the past 45 years , I was never exposed to such inexcusable abusive treatment. You clearly have too few mechanics and no management. The young service staff who were forced to face the disgruntled customers were polite and concerned. More

Great service This was my third trip to this dealership and I have yet to be disappointed. Jeannette Lawton was friendly and engaging. Jeannette explained the work This was my third trip to this dealership and I have yet to be disappointed. Jeannette Lawton was friendly and engaging. Jeannette explained the work needed on my Camry to keep it running in great condition. She went over all the charges, how long the work would take and helped me feel at ease regarding the care of my Camry. I have not been a loyal customer to any given dealership in the past due to customer service issues and problems with my vehicles in the past. Fordham Toyota has been a very positive experience on all three trips for service. The culture of this location seems to be focused on good service customer service/experience and it's abviously contagious as even the employees that you do not have any dealings with are polite and friendly. Thank you Jeannette for giving me peace of mind and one less thing to worry about when thinking of my car. More
