mediocre service I took my car in for it 10,000 miles service which is supposed to be covered by Toyota for the first two years. the service was covered, but they did I took my car in for it 10,000 miles service which is supposed to be covered by Toyota for the first two years. the service was covered, but they did not top off the fluids like they were supposed to do and the car was left dirty. Also they always seem to find a way of charging you for something, They still wanted to charge me for rotating the tiers, clamming it was not covered. even though on the work form they claim it was not needed and the boxes was checked claiming that they did it. It makes me question of anything was done at all. They always try to get you in the end! I will find another Toyota dealership to do the maintenance on my car from now on. I don't know who work on my car because singed by any Technician team. More

Awful I would like to start by saying that most of the individuals who work at this dealership are incompetent. First you can't understand what they're saying to you and when you call them they give you the Runaround. Their Service Department is even worse than the Sales Department , when you go to have your car serviced they don't do what you asked. I waited almost 1 year for them to replace parts that they lost on my last visit... I will never deal with this Dealership ever again they don't care about the consumer all they care about is their BOTTOM LINE... More

Kept my car at the dealer more time and did not gave me a courtesy call, to let me know and when I call they took my messages but not returned the call. Send me to Interprice for a car rental When they called me that my car was ready, they refused to pay because I took more time, I didn't even needed the car rental. So they wanted me to pay for the rental. they are so incompetent that they forgot to call me to let me know was was going on with the car and to advise me about the car rental. More
