Polite and Efficient I had had a less then favorable experience prior and was very disappointed as I have been a Loyal Fordham Toyota service center customer for over 4 ye I had had a less then favorable experience prior and was very disappointed as I have been a Loyal Fordham Toyota service center customer for over 4 years . When I had contacted Toyota, they put me in touch with tom. He was quick to return my call, and listened to my concurs. His sincere approach and promise to make it right, won me over to return for one more chance . Glad I did , the team was polite and I was out of there after service within a reasonable amount of time . I truly appreciated the Toyota cares attitude shown to me and I will remain a loyal customer because of Tom and his professional style thank you More

incompetent Bought my car (Camry Hybrid) from Fordham Toyota (FT) a few years ago and to be safe (since it is a hybrid), I have been going back annually for maint Bought my car (Camry Hybrid) from Fordham Toyota (FT) a few years ago and to be safe (since it is a hybrid), I have been going back annually for maintenance and state inspection. I brought my car this Wednesday to FT for such annual servicing. As is typical, I drop it off when they open and pick it up at the end of the day. At 10 a.m., the FT service rep calls and tells me that the car is fine, including engine, transmission, tires, etc., but that the hybrid battery system needed maintenance and it costs $900, but out of the generosity of FT, I will get a 10% discount. After some back and forth to find out why such battery flush costs so much, I told him to go ahead and do it.. After paying close to $1000 at the end of the day in order to pick up the car, I have found one of the tires to be flat each morning since then. This is the second time in last few years that I had tire problems within one month after the FT servicing. This will be resolved after New Years. More

Excellent service Mr. TOM, the manager is a "hands on" manager. He doesn't sit down for a minute. He sets the tone and works extremely hard to make sure everyone is ge Mr. TOM, the manager is a "hands on" manager. He doesn't sit down for a minute. He sets the tone and works extremely hard to make sure everyone is getting the best service possible. He is very professional and flies like a bird all over the place overseeing every last detail as he is determined to get it RIGHT! They have a full staff of well mannered professional staff who help you when you first arrive until they take your car outside when you are finished. They found out what is wrong and fixed it. That is the bottom line; that is what you bring your car to them to do, and they do it well. While you are waiting, they have a lovely spacious, clean, well-lit waiting room with fully functioning clean bathroom (s) and a nice table of donuts and (Tea-me)/coffee + a soda machine and candy machine. THey have small tables, a TV and the Newspaper to read. The parts dept has a nice display of TOYOTA embellished items such as mats, steering wheel covers,etc. and people are coming in and out to get various parts and being served steadily. THe Service writer was Hector, and I should point out that a number of the staff are bilingual--Spanish is the only other language I noticed, but there could be more-- I didn't meet everyone, of course. A very important thing is that they treat women with respect as they should; there is no sexism in their demeanor, conversations, etc. Everyone is treated like a person. More
