I had a technical brake problem , so i called 4 other Toyota Dealers in my area and they all told me I needed an appointment.. When I called Fordham Toyota I was told that because it was a safety relate Toyota Dealers in my area and they all told me I needed an appointment.. When I called Fordham Toyota I was told that because it was a safety related problem that I did Not need an appointment, When I arrived i was greeted by the New Service manager "Ralph Nunez "not only did he reassure me he told me that he would be able to check it Now ! he took my order and the mechanic took my car to look at it . It turned out to be that all I needed was brake Fluid, They put in the Fluid and performed my State Inspection . I was in and Out in 1 hour ! this man robbed me. He lied. all the paperwork he gave was not the one he showed. Promised a good deal. He went on to finance the car for double the worth. the paper work was for 13,300 he tried to fiance was not the one he showed. Promised a good deal.
