Obviously there are many Toyota dealerships in the state of New Jersey and I had visited a few of them but was not pleased. I live in south Jersey and never entertained the thought of buying outside of my of New Jersey and I had visited a few of them but was not pleased. I live in south Jersey and never entertained the thought of buying outside of my area, but thanks to my daughter Allison who had leased her first and subsequent cars through Fordham Toyota, I was introduced to this dealership. The person who took care of her transaction and to mine as well, Alonzo Williams, was helpful, professional, personable and sincere. He answered all of my questions, and trust me, I had many of them, particularly with my first lease three years ago. As with my first lease, he returned my calls immediately and was never pushy. I never felt pressured nor did I have to commit to buying/leasing a car in order to get a price. This provided me the opportunity to do my research. On this occasion, and although I had met him when I leased my first car, I also had the opportunity to work more closely with John Randazzo. He is extremely knowledgeable about their products and services and he was most helpful. He understood my needs and went out of his way to make my experience with my Toyota a pleasurable one. This is my second lease with Fordham Toyota and I will definitely be back for my third car. My daughter is of the same mind as she drove in to Fordham Toyota from the Bluegrass State as she is now living there and would not go elsewhere. Every aspect of the leasing process was top notch. Everyone involved in my lease was professional and went above and beyond to make sure that the entire experience was nothing short of great. John and Alonzo make Fordham Toyota an outstanding dealership. They are no longer the sales people I originally met – they have become family. I love what you do for me Toyota! More

They always work hard to make me happy they make you feel as though you are family On my last visit in April they really had very few cars in stock because of the sunami in Japan, what they did was so over the top they actually worked with many other dealerships and some even their competitors and actually were able to find an exact Camry and color with all the options I wanted. Not only did they make me feel like family, but even with the low inventory levels they actually gave me a great price This dealership is truly the only dealership I recommend... Fordham Toyota ! All they do at this dealer is try to rip you off. They'll make you pay thousands more than you should and say that it's the "best" they can do. Buying a car, has it's ups and downs, and can become a stressful and unpleasant experience if your dealing with someone who just cares about the sale. I have been fortunate in that I had the pleasure of m stressful and unpleasant experience if your dealing with someone who just cares about the sale. I have been fortunate in that I had the pleasure of meeting with, and negotiating a car purchase with Mr. John Randazzo, Manager of Fordham Toyota, Bronx, NY, who went over the top to help me find a car for my daughter recently. His understanding of her problem, prompted him to jump into action to find a rate she could afford, at a reasonable price for the car. He is understanding and his kindness has been very much appreciated. Although the purchase never came to fruition, Mr. Randazzo worked with my daughter who lives in Vermont, over the phone, what to watch out for while looking for an automobile in Vermont. He guided her and gave her his expert advice about guiding her away from a bad deal. I purchased my Toyota Corolla from Fordham Toyota, and am very proud to say I have been treated wonderfully, and I have never left the salesroom, or service center feeling taken advantage of; they don't operate that way.
