Terrible customer service. Took 3 hours of waiting for them to finish paperwork to get the car after price was agreed upon and after we submitted to them proof of insurance and credit application even bef them to finish paperwork to get the car after price was agreed upon and after we submitted to them proof of insurance and credit application even before we got to the dealer. I sent an email to the person we dealt with before we went to get the car (who just handed us to another person when we got there) expressing disappointment and she didn't even bother to respond. She never told us it was a demo car before we got there, she just mentioned it had 1000 miles since manager drives it. When we got there we found out it was demo and had 1320 miles, yet they won't reduce the price. The windshield had all kinds of marks on the inside from ezpass and stickers that they didn't bother removing. I could have gotten a brand new car for the same deal. Terrible experience. Never again!
