My 2018 Ford Fusion Purchase on 12/07/2019 This is my second vehicle purchased at Ford of Ventura. I recently decided to look for a newer model to replace my 2014 Ford Escape. Sales person Ben This is my second vehicle purchased at Ford of Ventura. I recently decided to look for a newer model to replace my 2014 Ford Escape. Sales person Ben helped me by showing me several Ecosport models as well as a 2019 Ford Escape. Although I really liked the many tech features of the Ecosport models, this model is just not big enough for me. I'm a big guy and so comfort is very important to me. Second in importance are the safety and tech features found in newer cars. I left the dealership not sure which model might work for me. Floor sales manager Sebastian Raffo kept in touch with me via email and was very helpful is offering to help me find the right vehicle to fit my budget and my needs as well. I returned several times more to test drive several cars with the help of sales person Daniel Colegrove. After my second visit I mentioned to Sebastian that I'd like to consider a Fusion. Sebastian sent me a follow up email with a link to a 2018 Ford Fusion available for me to test drive and consider for what I was looking for. After seeing the car in person and going on a lengthy test drive, I found the car for ME! Giovanni in Finance worked with me on the right numbers for my budget. I want to thank the other Ford team members who were so nice and friendly all the times I visited their dealership as I worked at making my decision. No one pressured me throughout this process and the contact after the sale has been appreciated. I'm so happy with my purchase, thank you Ford of Ventura! More

Fast and friendly for "the works" service In the past Ive bounced between Firestone and Ford for oil change and rotation. With my new Escape Ive chose Ford. This was the fastest a service appointment ever took, less than 75 minutes which was convenient as I have a demanding work schedule. In the past there seemed to be a disconnect at Ventura Ford between coupons I'd be sent for service from the dealership and what the tech was familiar with or whether it ever got communicated to the cashier which only caused more delay - this can be awkward and frustrating. During the most recent service appointment the tech never wrote the $ 10 coupon on the work order but it never made it to the cashier - nonetheless the cashier resolve the issue without any awkwardness. Quick and easy and I still got my discount. More
