Easy to make a service appointment. Service Advisor, Erin, also advises me of an additional service that should be done with my scheduled service, or every other similar service depending on use. I used the Ford Pass app to conveniently make my service appointment. My service was done in a reasonable amount of time while I waited in the customer lounge. My service advisor, Dustin Brooks, came to the appointment. My service was done in a reasonable amount of time while I waited in the customer lounge. My service advisor, Dustin Brooks, came to the lounge to let me know when my service was completed. Dustin reviewed the completed service, and advised me of another service related maintenance job that was recommended along with its cost. I’ve been very happy with the service department at Ford of Ventura, and particularly with Dustin Brooks. More
