Thank you for reaching out to Jim. It appears your calls came during our receptionists lunch break and your calls were directed to our answering service. The answering service was directing those calls to an extension that is no longer used. Thank you so much for helping to bring this to our attention. Thank You. I will call today so that we can communicate clearly. I will reach out to Mr. Rodey this morning. I am glad to see any sort of response from you. I feel bad it takes a complaint like this to get noticed. There are no Ford staff listed since no one in Service department bothered to respond to me. I understand it is never the intent to disappoint, But never the less, it was disappointing that multiple attempts to reach your team were unanswered.

Had a crazy issue with my 2018 Ford Escape, stuck in park! Was able to take it to Ford of Ventura and they fixed it for me! I was so grateful and they were all so very nice and friendly and helpful! More
