Recall Service I needed to make a service appointment for regular maintenance & to complete a recall service that I had just received notification from Ford. I tried I needed to make a service appointment for regular maintenance & to complete a recall service that I had just received notification from Ford. I tried calling twice to make the appointment for both servicing but I kept getting a voicemail & after 2 days of no return call I came in to make the appointment. I asked if the dealership had the recall notice part or if it had to be ordered because I didn't want to have to come on twice to do the work. I was told yes, the part was in & didn't need to be ordered. I made the appointment for the regular servicing & the recall service to get it done on the same day. When I came in that morning I was told they needed the truck until the afternoon to complete both services. When I picked up the truck I was told that the recall notice part was on order & I would have to come in another time to get the recall servicing done. I wasn't happy as I had specifically asked if the part was in stock because I didn't want to have to come in twice & I was assured twice that the part was in. So now I have to take another day out of my schedule to get the recall work done. More

The service experience was pleasant, everyone helpful. I would of given them a 5 stars but the customer waiting room, was not very accommodating. No Coffee was made and the TV was not turned on. Was my car even worked on? Start at the end...went to pick up my car. Paid and went outside to wait....and waited...and waited. Finally, Gabriel, one of the only friendly person Start at the end...went to pick up my car. Paid and went outside to wait....and waited...and waited. Finally, Gabriel, one of the only friendly personalities on the lot, saw me waiting and said he would get car. Not sure if that was part of his job, but at least helpful. Waited for a bit more, finally he came back around and said car wouldn't start...battery needed a jump. I checked paperwork and they tested battery and it was fine. Anyway, he found battery jumper and started car. He brought car around, tested battery again, looked ok, just said to keep it running for about 20 min. Ok,,,whatever. Got in car and Low Brake Fluid error message on dash. THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS I BROUGHT CAR IN. He took car back, and I waited again. Mind you, this is after car was repaired and after Gus called for me to pick up car. So he brought car back said fluid was low and filed it up a bit. So now I'm thinking....was this all it needed? When I came in, Gus told me that I should have brake fluid changed or flushed or whatever it is you do to correct this, charged me $300+ and when I pick up car problem still exists. Honestly, I'm not sure if anything was done with brake fluid other than Gabe putting more in. Seriously. During this time, I talked to Gus when battery was dead, he said he would have it tested. But when It was finally tested I asked if Gus asked him to test it, he said NO, that he was doing it because I asked him to. When issue with Error Msg was noticed, I went to look for Gus but he wasnt around. Also, is it so xxxxing difficult for people to be friendly at this place? My God... More

I keep having the same/reoccurring issues with a new car. My car continuously has wiring issues. Doors pop open and car shuts off without turning on.
