Based off my experience yesterday I would recommend with caution and not sure that I would go back. Even though I had an appointment and even showed up early, it took 4 1/2 hours for just an oil change. I was called almost 2 1/2 hours after it was promised. And not even a courtesy car wash was done. I was not offered a ride home so I had to walk. Thankfully I was able to have them pick me up when my vehicle was done. I just feel that communication was lacking as well as consideration. So I’ll give it another try because I’m loyal but if it happens again I’ll be ready to try another dealership. I can’t list any employee that I worked with because nobody introduced themselves. I dealt with Gus as the gentleman who did the intake, he was nice. More

Service needs improvement! I had an appointment for oil change and I arrived 20 minutes early, it ended up taking 2 hours and then I asked if car wash was included. I was told I had an appointment for oil change and I arrived 20 minutes early, it ended up taking 2 hours and then I asked if car wash was included. I was told it had to be requested but I wasn't aware of that until after the fact, they obliged taking another 15 minutes and car was still dirty. I think I will be going back to Citrus Ford for service. More

Avoid Kim at all cost Kim never put in my paperwork so my car sat in there lot all day. When doors were closing I started getting impatient and that’s when I discovered her Kim never put in my paperwork so my car sat in there lot all day. When doors were closing I started getting impatient and that’s when I discovered her errors. She never submitted my paperwork so my car got looked at as they were closing the doors behind my car. She pulled up with the technician in the passenger seat doing the work as she pumps my brakes like a nascar driver. It took 5 minutes yet I was without a car all because of Kim’s incompetence and disorganization. She was blaming the girl who made the appointment for scheduling me on such a busy day. Well I scheduled early and still got helped last. This was the worst experience I ever had here. Might not return. I don’t want Kim hanging on my car door like we’re buddies after all those errors.
