Good service I took my expedition in without an appointment, but they got me in and I waited for my vehicle. It took about 1.5 hours. My only recommendation would be to wipe the black finger prints off the white hood before delivering back to the customer. Overall very pleased. More

It ws an awesome experience! We have been coming to Ford of Upland for many years because we own 4 Fords. We have always gotten excellent treatment by everyone there. Kim and Er We have been coming to Ford of Upland for many years because we own 4 Fords. We have always gotten excellent treatment by everyone there. Kim and Eric were great as usual. Kim told me when the servicing of our vehicle would be done and as promised it was completed right on time. She also texted me questions that she had about additional servicing our Explorer needed such as a new battery. I approved it immediately with a return text, saving tim and preventing an additional trip. Great job! More
