The Techs. are very poorly trained Took my car in for service the tech. thought my car was a ecoboost car I guess when he was under the car and putting the oil in on top and didn't see Took my car in for service the tech. thought my car was a ecoboost car I guess when he was under the car and putting the oil in on top and didn't see a turbo I guess he thought Ford put it in the glove box so he over filled the oil by 1,2 Qts of Oil? then what oil didn't go in the motor went all over the top of the motor, I mean a lot of oil, there was even oil on the bottom of the windshield and sent it out that way. He rotated the tires and the torque spec. for the lug nuts is 100 ft lbs all lug nuts were under 50 ft lbs The techs don't care about the Quality of work and are poorly trained I would hate to think what they could happen with something more complicated ????? And the service writer could not even get my name correct even after tell him over and over??? More
Less than great service Let me preface what I'm about to report by saying this is the first time my experience with this dealership went so wrong. I brought my truck in for r Let me preface what I'm about to report by saying this is the first time my experience with this dealership went so wrong. I brought my truck in for recalls and mirror heat repair and after being told that my truck was going to be done at the end of the day, I expected to be updated by the end of the day. When I wasn't notified not even once as to the status of my vehicle, I started making phone calls to the dealership. Left messages for Kim to call me back as well as the service mgr. to no avail. When On the 4th call I finally was able to speak to someone that promised me would check on vehicles progress, she put me on hold for a half hour until I finally hung up and called again quite aggravated and demanded to not be given to another voice mail message I was transferred to the service mgr. only to find out my truck was not going to be done and perhaps could be done by the next day. I ended up calling the following morning to find out the truck was ready to be picked up. When picking up truck I noticed the left mirror heat problem was not repaired, supposedly couldn't duplicate problem. I have to imagine in their hurry to get truck out of there the tech did not spend enough time figuring out the problem. Every morning I have to roll window down and wipe mirror down, right side does it's job every time. To say I'm a little disappointed is an understatement, I just can't imagine even as hammered as you all were, that someone couldn't have taken 5 minutes to let let me know my truck wasn't going to be done so I could make other plans. More

His answer"When you go to the doctor does not mean they will operate today" Today was 97 degrees and no air conditioning, I recently moved from San Diego and was looking for a great dealer for my service work, guess i'm still looking. PS I am also in the market for a new Ford, not gonna be here. First impressions last a long TIME. More
last minute fix! We were on our way out of town and just had the spark plugs replaced at another dealer. The engine light came on so we pulled into Ford of Upland. We were greeted in the check in area by the service manager, Mark who offered us coffee and donuts. A couple of minutes later we were checked in by service advisor, Eric. We signed for a $95 check out fee and the vehicle went into the shop. About 15 minutes later Eric came to us and said that we needed a coil, that if we just paid the part, he would comp the checkout as it was an easy fix. They washed it for us, I only paid for the part, and we were back on the road within the hour. What a great experience!!! Thank you Mark and Eric, and thank you Ford of Upland!!! Vickie Gardner More
Call it the "NO SERVICE CENTER" Please save yourself a lot of time and money and never go into the service center. I had my 20 year old son drop of our 2013 ford Fiesta with under 28 Please save yourself a lot of time and money and never go into the service center. I had my 20 year old son drop of our 2013 ford Fiesta with under 28,000 miles on it for the 3rd time because it was once again not running. These cars are having major problems with the transmission Ford is aware that they have a big problem but all they are doing is extending the warranty. My son gets to the service center, and remember we have already had it there with the transmission problem, and as soon as he gets out to drop drop it off Steve sells him an oil change.I struggle to understanding why they want to change his oil. They have no idea when it was last changed and this has nothing to do with the problem we brought it in for. What they are doing is trying to run up a bill for unneeded service to cover for the warranty work they have to do. Watch out they will be trying to do the same to you. Don't bother to talk to his supervisor it will do no good. Stay away at all cost. More
Ripped off I went to upland ford to have a battery under warranty checked . My car was jumped by AAA a week before.AAA checked it and told me the battery was bad I went to upland ford to have a battery under warranty checked . My car was jumped by AAA a week before.AAA checked it and told me the battery was bad and that it wasn't the alternator. So I went to upland ford . I saw Steven and he told me that it would cost $110.00 to check . I allowed them to check it and he came back and told me it was the alternator not the battery and it would cost about $500.00 to replace. I told him I would take it to another shop so he said ok wait here and I'll get the paperwork together and let go . He went to lunch according to the cashier. She had to go find the paperwork. I would have been there waiting after his lunch if I hadn't gone to the cashier. Never again More
