Worst service and management service ever Mark pervy is the worst, I went in for a reg oil change when the tech messed up and spilled oil on my motor for the second time and did not clean it u Mark pervy is the worst, I went in for a reg oil change when the tech messed up and spilled oil on my motor for the second time and did not clean it up, called a day after to have motor steam cleaned witch Kim helped me. After they steamed cleaned my motor, my fan was kicking in on high, brought back Monday morning and asked to only deal with a manager who is mark, I asked what time he would be in, he told me it was a hit or miss because he was moving cars at the storage, also tells me the oil spilled oil was only a tea spoon of oil, after they looked at the truck he ask did you switch out a relay switch ? No sir you guys have been the only ones who have been under my hood, at witch time he asked are you sure ?????? Yes I am sir I said...... when trying to vent with my frustrations and how I wasted four hours of my time he lookes at me and says well I fixed your fan now we are even!!!! I then asked xxx even ??? At witch time mark told me never to bring my truck back and if I did he would press charges for trespassing..... for ford of upland to mess up and not take responsibility for there mistakes, is very unprofessional and the service manager mark shouldn’t deal with any customers, he gets paid to defuse issues such as this one.... More

Very efficient and super fast service I have been a customer for 7 years. When I got my recall it was in AZ. I called the ford dealership in AZ and was told that they did not have the so I have been a customer for 7 years. When I got my recall it was in AZ. I called the ford dealership in AZ and was told that they did not have the soft wear to fix the problem. So when I got to CA ford of Upland fixed it right away. I only waited 30 minutes for my car to be fixed. More

He took time to listen to my concerns & upon completion explained all that was Steve in the service department was great. He was courteous & friendly. Although Kim was not my service rep she answered questions & went out of her way to be of assistance. Michael was also a refreshingly friendly face. I really appreciated all of their attitudes. More

After experiencing poor customer service at some other local dealers and made to feel as though my business was not valued, my device writer Kim was a breath of fresh air. Truly personable and a regular human being; not some zombie behind a key board. She was explanatory in providing me information regarding work to be performed under a factory recall, as well as all services performed during my oil change. She was kind enough to keep me updated regarding time of completion, giving me advanced heads up, rather than letting my completed vehicle sit all afternoon. I’ll be happy to return in the future with my my truck, as well as my wife’s car. More
