Service, no communication Usually, I get good service from Ford of Upland. I have a 2015 Fusion plugin hybrid. Fortunately, I have an extended warranty. My check engine lite Usually, I get good service from Ford of Upland. I have a 2015 Fusion plugin hybrid. Fortunately, I have an extended warranty. My check engine lite came on a couple of weeks ago. They had my car a few days, because it was a transmission pump. That worked out ok. About 8 days later the lite came on again. I take the car in on a thurs. Monday, I have heard a word. After calling and asking for the owner, I find out it's the same problem. The replacement pump was a bad one from Ford. Fortunately, my warranty allowed me to get a loaner from Hertz, but I missed the gas mileage from my plugin hybrid. The car was ready late Tues. I was glad to p/u my car early Wed. Hertz gave me a 2019 Chrys. 300, but my plug in was sorely missed. More

Awesome Staff - very helpful I have worked with this dealership on my last 2 used auto purchases. The staff is very helpful. My transactions have always gone very smoothly. After purchasing the vehicles I have continued to go to Ford of Upland for all of my service needs. The service writers are very helpful and been sure to inform me of any additional specials to help keep my autos running in tip top performance. I have a Ford C-Max and with a little attention to driving styles have gotten up to 61 MPG (that was over 800 miles on a 13/5 gal tank of gas). Thanks Ford of Upland. More
