It was good service but.. It was great service my car is running great and is having not trouble but I took my car in with a quarter tank of gas and when I got it I was empty w It was great service my car is running great and is having not trouble but I took my car in with a quarter tank of gas and when I got it I was empty with only 10 miles on it I would of wish ford could of filled my gas tank up for going through the incident of having to take my car in when I’ve only had it for about 3 months More

I have coming to this service department for a little over 2 years now...... and I will ONLY continue to return to this dealership as long as she is there. Kim is honest, helpful and knowledgeable about her products and services. I travel for work and have had to visit several dealerships and no one person has EVER taken care of me or my vehicles like Kim has. Honestly, I can’t thank her enough for all her help....... I hope her management team is taking care of her the way she has taken care of me and I’m sure all of her customers. She is an asset and gem of an employee. When I brought my car in, Robert promptly helped me out, gave me what was needed and then let me know of things I may need to do in the future but not right away. Being able to prioritize my repairs and service made me feel comfortable and reassured that I was not going to be ripped off. Robert stayed in communication the whole time my car was in the shop, let me know they could not find one of the issues I came in with. I requested that they drive the vehicle some more to possibly get the sound to happen. He was very kind in obliging my request. Thanks Robert! You give Ford Service a good reputation! More
