Bad service I took my car for an air bag recall . Steve said it had an engine light on I told him it might be from bbk shorty headers . He said if I didn't have c I took my car for an air bag recall . Steve said it had an engine light on I told him it might be from bbk shorty headers . He said if I didn't have carb sticker it was not legal . I told him it was legal all you had to do was take the time to look on the website ! When I told him a friend of mine always takes the time to check website he assumed I was getting done illegal . He was pretty rude . I ended up getting the works were they are supposed to top off fluids and change oil . No tire rotation and I asked six times for a car wash . They never wash your car here it happen the last time also. The only time I've been there is for recalls they should try to make visits more friendly especially if you get additional services! More

Outstanding Service I felt special because Kim remembered me from a previous visit. She told me about the recall on the car, and made sure it was added on the list to be I felt special because Kim remembered me from a previous visit. Great Start with a Flat Finish First time servicing my truck here. Very polite when receiving my vehicle and getting me to a service adviser. Hugo was great! Answered all my questio First time servicing my truck here. Very polite when receiving my vehicle and getting me to a service adviser. Hugo was great! Answered all my questions. When I came back to pick up the truck, and signed for services I was just left alone to wait. No one directed to where to go for the truck. The truck was parked by an attendant and as my first time there I didn't know when to go get it or if they were going to hand me the keys. Figured it out once I saw someone else do it. I would have liked a brief explanation of the recall work that was done to my truck, at least show me what was done. But instead I had to go online to look it up. Again a great start, but lacked the follow up touch at the end of the process. More
