Staff and the purchase went well. The issue I have is after spending 60k for a brand new vehicle I can't get in to have issues fixed that came from the factory such as tire rub and misaligned tailgate wi after spending 60k for a brand new vehicle I can't get in to have issues fixed that came from the factory such as tire rub and misaligned tailgate without having to miss a day if work. I spent extra for the maintenance as well and if this is what I have to look forward to then I wasted that money. More

Mark Sanders is efficient and knowledgeable. We trust him with all of our fleet vehicles. He knows our business and fleet needs, what recommendations we proceed with versus others that we pass on and we trus with all of our fleet vehicles. We have a national fleet and would choose to work with Mark over any other service writer. He’s one of a kind and we are very grateful for our business relationship and his proven Dedication and loyalty. Bernardo and his team of drivers are fantastic as well. Again, they know what we need and deliver every time. Russell and Ulaina provided excellent assistance and customer service with a recent used car purchase and trade-in. They are great communicators and made a complicated situation seem easy. Their hard work and dedication is noteworthy. Thank you! More
It saddens me to have to write this review. I have always had exceptional service when dealing with Ford, which is why we continued to buy Ford Vehicles. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Up always had exceptional service when dealing with Ford, which is why we continued to buy Ford Vehicles. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Upland Ford (Campus & the 210) has altered my opinion. Our service person Mark Sanders was very hard to get a hold of. Had my car for a month unnecessarily. Didn't let me know that parts would take weeks to come in, I could've kept my working car with my until then. Then I got stuck with my loaner car bill. I wont be back here. More

Yeah - right Plus - the last time they touched my car before this they damaged the bed cleats and didn't fess up to it until I asked them about it - I would avoid this place - I gave them a second chance because they are close. I would not bring my car back to there, worst service dropping it off, charged me for gas and didn’t fix the problem. I pay $60,000 for a new truck that I can use to make my living with and My last two service visit at Ford and of Upland have been very frustrating. I pay $60,000 for a new truck that I can use to make my living with and bottom line is they need to have your vehicle for at least two working day just to diagnose the issue, and that' not counting weekends. You can expect nothing getting done on a weekend outside of an oil change. The service manager truly needs some customer service training. My wife and I both own new fords and we will be taking our business else where. More
Zero Stars, About as crooked as they come We took my daughter's mustang in cause it was running rough. They sold us a clutch that did not fix the issue (12 days in the shop) and replaced the We took my daughter's mustang in cause it was running rough. They sold us a clutch that did not fix the issue (12 days in the shop) and replaced the rear seal at the same time. We took it back in and were told it had a cracked manifold (another 4 days in the shop). A couple of months later we noticed it was leaking oil from the rear seal and took it back in only to be charged $180 to be told it was not leaking from the seal that they supposedly replaced. We took the car to an independent mechanic and were told it was leaking from the rear seal and that we should report them. More
