Reliable but slow I believe the technicians do a good job here, and all of the service people I have worked with are very nice, but service is very slow, and I feel as I believe the technicians do a good job here, and all of the service people I have worked with are very nice, but service is very slow, and I feel as though I have to keep calling to check on my car or I will get forgotten. Even when I make an appointment, it takes hours before I get the first update on my car, and that is usually only because I call about it. Often, they will tell me that they have to order a part and it will take a day or more, but my car is a Ford, shouldn't they either have Ford parts there or have fast access to them? Also, there are signs everywhere saying to ask for a car wash if you want it, and I always ask for it, and I never actually get my car washed. When I am ready to pick my car up and it's not washed, I don't really want to wait around longer for them to go back and wash it, so I don't bother, but why offer the service at all if you aren't going to actually wash the car? More

Oil change and 22 point inspection on July 5th. I had a oil change and 22 point inspection done on July 5th. The next morning my wife said there was a check oil message on the display. I checked the Oil level and it appears that the oil level is low. It appears there is no leaks under the engine. I tried to reach a Service manger but no manager was available. The operator transferred me to a manager voice mailbox but the mailbox was full. More

Lack luster Notifications about how the work was going were almost none existent until the last minute, then I had to scramble for a car for work the next day.I h Notifications about how the work was going were almost none existent until the last minute, then I had to scramble for a car for work the next day.I had asked them to look at something hanging from underneath my car. They made no mention of it, then upon pick up it was reported on the invoice that I needed a new engine cover beneath the car, but no one called me about that, I would have had that fixed at the time. We will just say that this was a lack luster visit, and I will probably not bring my car back to Upland Ford More
