He took customer service to the next level and made sure to take care of my concern personally. He made me feel valued and because of him, I gave you a four star instead of a 2 or 3. John your drive was also very personable. The cashier was also very helpful, taking the extra steps to help me sign up on line for the rewards system. More

Disappointed I was disappointed it took three days to tell me I needed a new mirror and battery. The battery was under warranty so they had to run a time consumin I was disappointed it took three days to tell me I needed a new mirror and battery. The battery was under warranty so they had to run a time consuming test before replacement under Ford's warranty. It's Ford's policy and practice not the dealership. The electric mirror replacement is too expensive at $1300.00; I will continue to operate manually. The dealership and the people at Ford of Upland are fantastic, I appreciate their advice and professionalism. More

My husband We have purchased 4 cars here in the last 5 years and it is largely due to the service we receive from our Service Manager, Eric Heronime. My husband and I have been driving for almost 40 years and that equals a lot of device and routine maintenance and we have never had a better experience anywhere else. Eric makes getting your car serviced painless. When you do have a problem with your vehicle, Eric is relentless and makes sure the problem is fixed for good. We will never take our cars anywhere else. More
Typical Service from a Dealership I've learned that the general level of service provided by every dealership I've dealt with is the same and it's unfortunately NOT excellent. The revolving door of service people is unfortunate because it doesn't allow the service department to develop a relationship with the customers. The only person at Upland Ford who is still there is Eric, who is great, but I have only been serviced by him once. I would recommend that the service people be coached on communication. I would have left a better review if I had received better communication. More
