Windshield replacement I brought my 2015 Ford Explorer in to have the windshield replaced and the work that was done was not the best quality. Seals around the windshield were loose one was broken and I’m afraid there will be water intrusion when it rains next or the vehicle is washed next. I took pictures and showed the advisor, so we will see. More

Very well No complaints Service was great. I was there for a service call I inquired about an issue I had with my car. They went over the issue found it was covered under war Service was great. Poor Customer Service. On Friday August 16, I called and asked to speak to the Service Manager. I was transferred to Erics voice mail. I asked him to call me. Two hours late On Friday August 16, I called and asked to speak to the Service Manager. I was transferred to Erics voice mail. I asked him to call me. Two hours later I called and left a message again. Called again and was transferred to Directer Marks voicemail. Today is Tuesday, August 20, and still no return call. So I decided to call Citrus Ford. Their Manager was very nice and told me I could bring my vehicle Saturday. The Service Advisor, Enrique was very nice and answered all my questions. He called Monday afternoon as he said, told me what the problems were with my vehicle and gave me good advice regarding the repairs. I will not be using Ford of Upland again. More
