diagnostics visit Dealer would not provide root cause analysis for the engine codes present in vehicle due to prior work having been completed by myself on the engine. Dealer would not provide root cause analysis for the engine codes present in vehicle due to prior work having been completed by myself on the engine. Dealer said the codes might not be legitimate due to prior work. Of the recommendations that were given to resolve the engine codes, 3 of 5 were already completed. After inquiring how the recommendations were determined, one diagnostics method was stated as being used specifically. After I repeated the diagnostic method myself, I could not replicate the findings that were stated by dealer. After further testing myself, none of the recommendations given were found to be relevant, and a separate problem was found. There exists a technical bulletin by Ford which addresses the problem with my vehicle, and of which symptoms were found. I took my vehicle to the dealer as they are the original equipment manufacturers and are supposed to be experts in the field, with up to date and state of the art vehicle scanners for advanced troubleshooting. However, none of this showed, as I walked out of the dealer with no value added, and minus the diagnostics visit cost. More

It's unsurpassed by any other conglomerate dealership out there that claims their service is the best. Ford of Upland doesn't have to claim that, they are the industry standard believe it or not. Service is on par for the pricing of parts and labor. They are competitive as any other place. The fact that they are more personable about their business is a plus for me. I enjoy Eric Heronime, Steve, Hugo, Kim and Mario as well as the girls that cashier Olivia, Destiney and Jasmine. They are a pleasure to deal with when I take my Fusion. More
