I hear all the customers comments regarding service and 95% of them love the service at Upland Ford over any of the other surrounding dealers. The other 5% are normally unhappy with their vehicles problem and not anything an advisor has done to upset them. Many customers like dealing with the same advisor and at Upland they can do so as the dealer has very little employee turnover compared to the outlying dealers as customers have told me. Before working at Upland Ford I had always used this dealer for servicing and parts for our family business and personal vehicles. Not only the service advisors but the girls, Olivia and Destiny, are a great help to me daily. Thanks to all of you including Eric and Barbara. More

Transmission Fiasco They had my car for 5 weeks to repair the transmission. I had to call them every few days to get a status update. They didn’t even call me when it was They had my car for 5 weeks to repair the transmission. I had to call them every few days to get a status update. They didn’t even call me when it was finally ready. My calls were not even returned until I went to upper management to complain. Very disappointed in their lack of communication. So far (2 days) it seems to be working. Thanks to Christian Burke for his help in getting information for us. More

Was finally told it was ready late Friday while I was headed out of town so made arrangements to pick up Sunday from sales. Showed up and my car was filthy, covered in dirt and the sales guys only wanted to up sell me into another car instead of taking care of my car and making it presentable.
