Adequate Service I got a simple oil change. For my F150 and it was done in a reasonable 2 hours. Not to long for a dealership and the price was good. One of the brand I got a simple oil change. One of the brand new sales advisors who came from Nissan I believe by the name of Eric had great attitude and customer service compared to some other members who you can see wallow around. The only complaint I have for this dealer is the very poor car washes they provide for vehicles. I’ve taken my vehicle as well as other vehicles here to this dealer ship and the courtesy upon request car washes are very poor. I didn’t even ask for a wash after this service and I had dried dirt on my truck from what looks like a dirty wet rag all over my hood. And on black vehicles that’s a no go. Scratches the paint. More

Took car in for recall left with air conditioner not working I took my daughters car in for a recall fix and oil change. When we picked the car up, first thing we noticed they didn’t do the car wash they offered I took my daughters car in for a recall fix and oil change. When we picked the car up, first thing we noticed they didn’t do the car wash they offered. But she was late for work so we just left. When she turned on her air it did not work. It worked when we dropped it off so it had to be something done there. I called immediately and was told there was nothing they did to have that happen. When I got home I called again and was told the same thing. No offer to bring the car back in only rudely answered that it was nothing they did. Next morning took the car in to have the air conditioner looked at by another mechanic. They took about 15 minutes and found that when Ford checked the cabin filter they unplugged the air conditioner. The other mechanic felt bad for my daughter and didn’t charge her. Poor customer service that Ford of Upland would not even offer to bring the car back into look at it. Instead they both people I spoke with were defensive and acted like I was trying to scam them. In truth if I would have taken the car in and a part went out I would have gladly paid them to fix it. I will not bring her car back to this location for service or repair nor for any recalls we receive in the future because they do not stand by their work. More
