I have purchased well over 20 new vehicles and the service dept at this dealership is by far the worst ever!! They will take forever to service your vehicle due to overbooking. I took my truck in for service dept at this dealership is by far the worst ever!! They will take forever to service your vehicle due to overbooking. I took my truck in for a simple warning light on the dash and was told it would take 3 days to service. I got a rental on my warranty and when I questioned why it would take so long the service man Laurence told me to come pick up my truck right away because he was cancelling my rental car and I would be charged for it. Just check the Yelp reviews for this dealership and you will see the same complaints on the service dept again and again. More

I live locally and I guess it's common knowledge that Ford of Upland's service department has a bad reputation, information I would have loved to know before I ever took it there. My experience was great. Philip Finley went above n beyond his job duties to provide me with great customer service and for that reason I would recommend anyone to Upland for Philip Finley went above n beyond his job duties to provide me with great customer service and for that reason I would recommend anyone to Upland ford. I'm disabled ( paraplegic) and Philip made sure the part I purchased was installed properly and safe for me to drive. He took the time to install it himself knowing my situation. You guys have a great employee in Philip and I wish we had more people like him in this world. More
