A Hidden Treasure Minutes after walking into the upland dealership, my mother, fiance and I were treated like family. The Techs. are very poorly trained Took my car in for service the tech. thought my car was a ecoboost car I guess when he was under the car and putting the oil in on top and didn't see Took my car in for service the tech. thought my car was a ecoboost car I guess when he was under the car and putting the oil in on top and didn't see a turbo I guess he thought Ford put it in the glove box so he over filled the oil by 1,2 Qts of Oil? then what oil didn't go in the motor went all over the top of the motor, I mean a lot of oil, there was even oil on the bottom of the windshield and sent it out that way. He rotated the tires and the torque spec. for the lug nuts is 100 ft lbs all lug nuts were under 50 ft lbs The techs don't care about the Quality of work and are poorly trained I would hate to think what they could happen with something more complicated ????? And the service writer could not even get my name correct even after tell him over and over??? More
