Nice but unhelpful Rep was nice but my car was not repaired properly. Ford wants me to wait till my car falls apart or I injure someone before they are willing to fix a Rep was nice but my car was not repaired properly. I was informed that the front brakes were the lesser quality (I used the coupon for MotorCraft) and the rear brakes are the better quality. a little sad that I wasn’t informed of the difference when I came in for the front.
